Helen Bowes is the Chief Operations Officer for Enamel Clinic, managing more than 50 staff members.
She has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of business, such as operations, marketing, PR, practice management, systems and customer and employee experience. This has allowed her to grow the Enamel brand into one of the best-marketed dental brands, internationally. Her role extends well-passed operations and into every area of the business.
Helen has lectured at several conferences, both locally and internationally. She has also developed and run Marketing courses, and readily lends her expertise wherever needed, in the form of consultancy for other dental practices.
She is passionate about learning and skills development, and this has been instrumental in both her own growth, as well as that of the staff she manages and mentors.
